The accommodation contract is bindingly concluded by a written or verbal room reservation, which is confirmed by us. The purpose of the contract is the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation purposes. Subletting or re-letting of the rooms provided is not permitted. <\/span><\/p>\n

Provision of booked rooms
\n<\/span>Booked rooms are available to the guest from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival and are kept free until 6:00 pm. If the guest does not show up by this time, we reserve the right to rent the room to someone else. The guest can arrange a later arrival by stating the time. The room will then be kept free until the agreed time. A credit card is required as a guarantee. For check-in, please contact us by phone or e-mail on the day of arrival, as our reception is not always staffed.

On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by the guest by 12:00 noon. If the room is vacated late, we are entitled to charge \u20ac10 per hour or part thereof, and 100% of the room price after 3:00 pm.

We endeavor to take the wishes of our customers into account as far as possible. However, there is no entitlement to the provision of a specific room. If, for example, a particular room is not available as planned because another guest is extending their stay, the guest can be rented another room as promised. <\/span><\/p>\n

Prices and payment<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Prices are based on the current daily rate. Prices that are confirmed by us less than 90 days before departure are binding. If the reservation is made more than 90 days before arrival, the price may change, e.g. due to fluctuating market conditions.

The statutory VAT is included in the prices. Should the legislator change the VAT rate, the room price may be adjusted accordingly. Payment of the accommodation price is usually made on site on departure in cash, by girocard or with a credit card accepted by us. Companies can pay by bank transfer after an invoice has been sent, provided that the costs have been declared in good time. We reserve the right to request partial or full payment in advance.

If special prices have been agreed, these will be paid either in advance or on departure in cash or by girocard. In this case, payment by credit card is only possible for an additional charge. In the case of long-term stays, payment is made weekly in cash or monthly in advance. <\/span><\/p>\n

Withdrawal from the contract by the hotel<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
